Soft Rye with Ground Caraway
The Soft Rye is a new favorite to many. Whole Organic Rye is mixed with Thorpes yellow potatoes, pastured rendered lard, and organic bread flour to get the perfect mix of flavor and softness. The caraway seeds are ground to not impede the soft texture. This soft loaf, like the other soft loaves, is great for “bread and butter” or deli sandwiches. It comes in a compostable wrapper, too. The loaves lasts longest when stored in a sealed bag or container. If the bread is presumably going to last you more than a week, store in the refrigerator or slice it into the freezer off the bat.
